With over 30 years of experience, Peter’s expertise is second to none, and his name has become synonymous with precision, innovation, and excellence. Having worked on the global Tours since the early days with TaylorMade, Peter’s career skyrocketed when Nike handpicked him to spearhead their Tour workshop operations in 2000, marking the brand’s bold entry into the world of golf.

Throughout his career, Peter has been entrusted with crafting and fine-tuning equipment for some of the biggest names in the game—icons like Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Ernie Els, Sir Nick Faldo, Justin Rose, Retief Goosen, Sergio Garcia, and Francesco Molinari, to name a few. He’s also been instrumental in supporting Ryder Cup heroes such as Tommy Fleetwood, Paul Casey, and Henrik Stenson, ensuring that every club is dialed in to perfection.

His passion extends beyond club fitting: Peter is committed to educating and inspiring the next generation of club builders and fitters, and his expertise makes him a sought-after senior instructor in technical mastery.

Peter's experience as a consultant for top OEMs and sports marketing teams speaks for itself, including his current role running the official workshop at select LIV Golf Tour events. Ministry Golf, based at Bishopswood Golf Club and The Golf Rooms in Brentford, offers Tour-level custom fittings across the UK, along with an advisory service for leading golf manufacturers.
